Compensation is below average and growth is non existent. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions all the times. Now I have completely stopped suggesting and only do as I am being told to.

Nothing they hire when they have project as the name of intern after that they simply says ur performance is not good untill u work at home also they say the same

Job security is on our knowledge and Shalimar Infotech provide facility to learn new things. Management is helping and Caring just like our family. And company policies are really best.

Genuine Focus on Client Satisfaction, Culture and finding Great people, The company not only provides one stop solution for price updates and trade in polymers, but also, the growth opportunity to every employee and adapts to changes.Attrition is as low as negligible which reflects company's culture and ethics and why people wants to work with SIPL / Polymerupdate.On a personal level, I have benifited from the belief of my manager and the freedom to find areas where I can find most values,A beautiful office with a good management and staff is located in Lower Parel, Mumbai which has easy through all the public mode of transport.

It's been more than 3 years now with SIPL and I am not able to find any. However, strong focus on the work place culture makes selection difficult.
