On time salary. Luxury projects with rich specifications. Good interiors and landscape works. Associates with good consultants.

Directors are involved in each decision making process, no hierarchy is followed, even juniors can approach and complain about seniors, no job security and can be asked to leave immediately, no culture of incentive or bonus, mediclaim policy doesnot cover parents and is of 2.5 lakhs only, no term plan for employees, one of the director uses abusive language also and hardly respects anyone’s efforts.

Outside Looks good. But only inside people knows real things.

...ure and unskilled workers work most hear. Everyday new workers join and resign. If new workers mistake company cut your salary and also hold your salary.

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

It's very good company where you can learn accounting. U can gain your knowledge about Excel and accounting method like many types of account voucher making. About Banking knowledge. If you are fresh graduate and u know accounting and Excel u can join here .

My job profile is cont actual basis and my job security is not a secure but my life but Company managemnt is good lot of employ work here and Company Policy is good but I am a Contract basis work so no Policy provide in all employ.

Ya I am working on my project , so I well a good perform and hard work. I not a five star in this Company there work on my profile is too good but this place is not good.
