Not finding out gems in the bunch of daimonds they treat every one like same and don't think some one can work hard and achieve things in younger age than normal people who are setting age limestone for sucess .

I really enjoy working at Shalimar Corp. because the environment here is great. Working with my team is a lot of fun and I get to learn a lot here.

.... Also, I think there should be more opportunities for promotion in the company. Salary and benefits are not as expected.

Main benefit in this company is that your salary will be credited on time.

Toxic work environment,so much politics,work life balance is zero.There is no value of your position if you are an engineer you have to do work of timekeeper ,foreman, supervisor as well

If you talk about Job security then to be very frank keep working nobody can remove you here, still keep in mind that you are in a private firm. Management is really helpful in hard times especially during Covid.

...ents in 5 years, No Training For architects, and no exposure in terms of growth. If you are an architect on the stage where you expect growth in Salary and Knowledge then you should try somewhere else.

Policies are yet to be made for implementation. Join with good hike and then forget further hikes

Less pay package as compared to market and no social security schemes. No medical policies or Group term insurance. Management is very cooperative even if work gets delayed sometimes
