One of the most worst and arrogant HR I have ever come across. She operates on zero empathy, has no knowledge of the roles she herself is hiring for, and worst of all she plays kitchen politics in the workplace. Leading to an almost hostile work environment. Hire and fire culture is perpetuated by the HR, basically she will get senior professionals and fire them to replace with freshers for less salary. In three months 4 people out of a 8 people team had to or were made to leave because of her. You will start wondering if she is the owner of the company! Also she thinks she is very funny and will pass vile and mean comments as jokes in front of everyone. If you dare to back answer or tell her to stop - you will become a target. No regards for the betterment of the team. If she likes you, you will be treated better. She comments on personality, clothing choices, and if you are roaming around with male members of the team. Very misogynist and sexiest woman.
