Its very bad company,and no career and its standing on politics.and hr main person one lady she is very cruel person.

So many problems is there in this company.no grouth,no salary, and no careers is there.i cant see my 15 years experience this type of politics company. so my Request plz don't introduced any person this company.nonsence people is there.

According to me it's a learning and earning.... some people are still working there that's left to their work satisfaction and skills they adopt

In the organisation some managers listen to backbitching about other person...... over time is less paid, salary will be not much hiked for straight forward workers...

company environment is not good and there is no skill learning in that company and no skilled hods and incharge in that company very toxic people are there ... And no good infrastructure inside the company. ..

Good learning in Training and Development and QMS & EOHS audit well.

Dislikes

There is no culture and their own ways to work in the department and HOD's not taken proper decision making. Even though no proper response to employees. Way of behaving also not good.

its a good company but working environment is very bad and company dont follow the standardness and there is no facility for employees and food is no up to the mark. company is not favour to the employee

salary is not decent, food is not good, transportation is not good, far fron the city no public transportation available at proper time, company make their own rules to their favour, the totall working environment is bad, senior employee wil not leave us to improve our ability and knowledge, company has good future vision but employee doesn't.
