Don't get into this company. Even if u r unemployed. Worst company to work for. No salary commitment. They hire u at some salary and then give u lower salary.

No culture. Its a thief company. Everything is fake here. No customer service no employees benefits.

Nothing to like about this company that harasses the employees with strict timings 1min late half day salary cut. Only b/w and dull colours allowed. Cannot go out during lunch. Keep sitting for 9 hours, only bathroom breaks allowed, 6 days working drains the energy. Total mental torture and physical also. Employees are like work machine not even leaves are granted. No appraisal as they keep asking for proving sales target that are unbelievable too high. No benefits offered by company no medical, nothing.

In this Covid-19 Pandemic Company gave full salary and Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance culture. There is no HR to take care or guide you about company policies. Working hours 10-7pm between monday to saturday. No flexible hour's or work from home culture. You may be lay off on immediate basis. The working style is completely shattered and there is no scope of update the organizational structure.
