Client and team satisfaction is strongly needed otherwise you kicked out ,one month salary is always on hand you will get first salary after 2 month. You have to move in another project within a short period for appraisal.

No salary hike, not receiving salary on time, no proper response from admin team Tamil Nadu, If you are well knowledged andexperienced you are not qualified to work in SHAH TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, Vellore. If you doesn't care about salary and you wish to spend time for 8 hrs/day Vellore STC will match your criteria.

Strong support for good subconsultants, Engagement of experienced staff.

Dislikes

Does not pay Fees in time. Fees get delayed even by 3 months. No proper salary/Fees disbursement policy. Even if you leave the company with due permission, outstanding payments are not released even after several reminders.

It's a great organisation in Private public sector domain. As Project Management consultant you will learn and excel in your career. The only issue is financial crisis. Otherwise you are in good hands. This organisation got so many projects all around the world.

Dislikes

Salary pending period is 2 months and with no certain dates. No extra benefits other than salary. Only insurance provided for self. Definitely need improvement.
