CMD is a great person he is having good sense of responsibility and in whole company no body can say no to CMD. HAVING GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH EMPLOYEE

Management need to see talent in each employee rather than trusting only on old people. Middle management is poor in the sense of understand current market needs. Taking emotional decision rather than hard but correct decision.
