Tech team & investment is huge strength & basements, difficult in this space to any other e-commerce/logistics companies to build like this. Business & supply side, it's terrible. Director & down the line employee's will be forced to quit the jobs from their reporting managers only when they're doing good & getting well paid. Audit team is always escalating to fire an employees & salary deductions for silly reason due to less mechurity manager, they're ceo friends and relatives. Delivery fleets are paid on wages basis i attractive incentives modules & structures. But all the time payment issues due to one or other mistakes from accounts & finance, later they will not pay to save the money for company to recover the loss & increase in profits.

Dislikes

Inexperienced managers across the verticals, decent increments on every 6 months & variable pay, this depends on your reporting manager as normal politics.

You only need your learning skills. If you are a quick learner, you are welcomed.

Dislikes

There is minimal chance to get promoted on higher level. There is no increment in salary. There is no fixed working hours. You have to work approx 10 or 11 or maybe 12 hours everyday. As a TL, i still feel like a labourer even after graduation.

No good company culture ,no salary hike and bonus in a year. No food And bus facilities.

Attendance issue with salary deduction methods. With face punching taken data with Excel sheet. Match your attendance every week with Excel sheet from HR department.

Overall some senior person is very selfish and argued,teammates are well, training person is very friendly,salary very low,

I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.
