Gap between top management to mid level. 8. Poor in Exit Process. 9. poor in reimbursement process. there is no check point. 10. No work satisfaction. ...ance even in HR Domain. Anyone can call you for anything anytime and on any day. If you are looking to work then join only joine if Salary matters to you, else don't join. HR is waste of time and when being HR I joined no one have even spoken to me for my Joining and my handiokding, I have to call each time my reporting manager and ask for all these basic things. Suggestion _ Don't join this kind of start up if you are settled in career, only join if want to gain some experience.

They have terminated me due to cash pendency but the TL has done the fraud activity but Recovery team has didn't taken any action on the TL now they have been terminated I have worked for shadow fax for 4 month with good performance and hard work

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.
