I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.

Management not employee friendly No salary appraisal Day night working Early morning dispatch They won't pay our salary mentioning that we didn't serve the notice period even though they hire employees in our position without any prior information... And put pip on us such a worst utilising the employee and throw after all benefits and hire new employees... Same things with happens with the new employees also ...
