I appreciate working for this company because of its flexibility. We have the option to work from home twice a month and everyone is friendly. There is no tension or animosity among coworkers and we work together as a team.

Hire and fire is common here. No work timings ,at the time of joining they will inform the particular time but after joining you have to extend with any paid over time. Don't have manners to talk with employees.
