...n since 4 year, Because of 2 highly insecure ladies in the company. Hopeless HR. Only interested in cutting employees salary. They even doesn't support in your good work. If we raised our problem to HR she only speaks nonsense.. it is shame that HR even pressurise employees to put fake and positive review.

... & innovative. Experience of SEPL still helping me at my current organisation. As a trainee Engineer you don't get huge salary but once you get experience you receive increments. I left this company because of some personal/family issues. Feel happy about knowing company is growing & expending.

... capability. Meanwhile, trainee engineers are overloaded with multiple projects. There are no salary increments, even for good performance. The Senior HR Manager, a lady who lacks HR knowledge, is completely incompetent—she doesn’t even know how to calculate the probation period correctly. On top of that, she deducts a significant amount from employees' salaries without informing them. She holds the position of HR Manager but has no real understanding of her role.

...or the peoples who work for more than 3 years they also face financial problems. So much hidden cutting from salary. Work environment is healthy for office staff, but for site peoples there are so many unplanned visits observed and last minute rush were happened.

...nt gives opportunity to gloom. It was great time while working with SEPL family. Appraisals are fair and they gives good bonus (diwali bonus / management bonus) every year.

Need to review HR policies accordingly global market. As Company is growing up in the global market.
