Technology side its not on latest pitch, no cloud exposure as of now, Plenty of scope of automation, Insurance coverage is on lower side with lesser maternity sub-limit, Only a week’s paternity leave, No child care allowance policy, More engagement required between different teams, Fun activities, If you are coming from a big organisation, initially you might feel dis-engaged, but gradually you will start liking the place & people.

Help is provided by manager and senior without any authority barrier. Staff and colleagues are very co-operative and talkative. We do have team dinner activity where we get to directly get in touch with higher authority.

Dislikes

work life balance - we have to be proactively available at any point of time or even on weekends for work. big management decisions sometimes hugely impact on work culture. lack of fun activities.
