...culture. You will regret working here. No bonus,no gratuity,no leave encashment. They will cut your salary for no reason. They will charge transport charges if you are not traveling also. If you will have one day lunch they will cut for the month.

Salary on time. Transparent Attendance and Leave system. Expert in marketing to attract parents and students with false promises.

Dislikes

Frequent reduction and cancellation of holidays. Extended work hours most of the days without any overtime payment. Low salaries and no increase. Incentives only for relatives and those who behave like bonded labourers. No recognition and reward for good work. Festivities going on all the time for students and management not interested to provide and encourage quality teaching. Even Professors not provided computer and air-conditioning. All efforts and expenses devoted only for marketing. Audio visual aids in Lecture halls outdated and frequently out of order

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
