Very very poor salary increments, variable part of your CTC is just to show sometimes company not paying, so much partiality in appraisals, Appraisal system is just for iso compliance, all apraisals done as per manually made list. HR policies are not good, prepared 10 years before and no any upgradation. If jobless then only join this company.

Good place to work but you have manage both site and office work load well. Management and work culture is cooperative and always motivating. Those who like to travel and do site work field and interest in electrical, electronics with mechanical touch-Suzlon is good place to work.

Don't get appraisal as much we expect & Salary is low level compare to other limited firms.And food quality is not Good . Job In timming is fix but Out timming not Fix all depend to error and WTG starting time.

Anything happens around the world your work is to climb the WTG and you can stay up to your retirement, Nobody can kick off from the job.

Anything happens around the world you need to climb the 80M WTG daily For utter Low salary.

You can get sufficient leave, Can have free time during on work. Not much work pressure seen. You can expose nature is adventurous while working in projects.

State Operations Heads Politics, High Responsibility, Less CTC package, Helping hands not giving, 3 Month Notice Period started from Feb 2022, Unnecessary Transfers, No Work life balance
