!!There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .On the job traning is not given to new joinees###

... means employees are not happy employees not happy means issue continues coming. Also As per experience salary not given and increment also very very poor. So much nagative points there but that much info.

...bootlick or can do politics, you can survive there easily without any skill. 3. Salary paid on time. 4. As there are no fixed rules and regulations, you can use or manipulate the company easily if you are intelligent enough. 5. Company (Factory) is full of under achievers, therefore, it is easy to get noticed even if you are an average worker.

1. No culture, rules and regulations, policies. 2. They hire average or below average people at senior level so that they have to pay less salary. 3. You won't find any brilliant mind there, almost all of the mid management people are under achievers. They've spend 10-20 years working there and got the managerial designation with merely 50-70K per month salaries. 4. Different rules for different people. It's like a market, one can negotiate with anything as there are no strict written rules. 5. Company doesn't give experience letter if you don't exit according to their terms. 6. High attrition rate. In every 3-6 months your colleagues and officials will change (leave).

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base . As a result , i get to travel abroad,especially to the US and canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the emloyee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there in no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

totally toxic , terrible company i mean its factory because there are lots of illetrate people who trying to become in front of boss

around 90% of workers here are toxic and illetrate. Always tries to mock and demotivate you.
