Annual leave for personal work , It should be increase. They offer contractual job for fix time,I think,Job should be at permanent role. Apart from CL, It is nice work experience with SGS..

Don't join SGS on third party pay role because here the management hire you to complete required project but after that they will fire you.
Here job security and future is in critical.
Company has stopped giving salary without intimation when company has no work, and so much forces to attain duty company when they get work immediately. Specially pratik Patel and jitendra Mistry. This happens with so many employees.
