...o manager will do the politics, u will only get the incentive in every 3 months. Conpany also has a Bond policy of 50000, so if any employee want to resign then manager and Hr will say to give 50000 and also u will not get the salary of notice period but u have to serve the notice period compulsary,

Need to upgrade on tech, using old and outdated methods. Company offers very less compensation compared to the market standards. Appraisals are average Always budget constraints Culture is very hierarchical Office set up not that great

...agment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Instead of working as a third-party inspector & certification company SGS is providing manpower only in their respective sites like JSL plant, at Jajpur. After joining at their JSL site as a Senior Inspection Engineer (Quantity) I became to know that employees of SGS is working under the authority of JSL. But before joining I was told that SGS was working as a third-party inspector company hired by JSL.
