●Government job with good pay and perks. ●One place job..no moving around places. ●Quarters available at the cost of HRA provided by organization. ●Health cover is available for employee n dependents though some employees misuse and sometimes facility becomes difficult to utilise due to many factors.

Dislikes

●Nurses are still fighting for respect and stand. ●Not much seperate facilities for nurses like seperate office area, lounge, rest room, canteen...u can see only for doctors....seen and shown lower than actual deserving respect likely along with technicians and other subordinate employees ●Uneven distribution and unorganized flow of work and poor nurse patient ratio makes job tiring ●No proper nurse's training to work at Superspeciality level and it makes employee anxious to face doctors while working with them..some times abused by doctors out of frustration.

I am unpaid intern trainee so for me as a learner SGPGI is best at some point I feel like they should pay atleast a little amount .All over its good for learning but for jobs not sure

Dislikes

They don't pay there intern trainee which I personally don't like because in the place of education they give us there lab work which is not our work at all .

It was good and only one thing that you have a job security.

Dislikes

There is no coordination between principal investigator and nodal officers from different Medical colleges. They even don't want to work on designated project. Overall corruption has ook place. They don't respect their employees and their rights.
