Great culture and office environment. Very wholesome and fast paced at the same time. No problem with leaves and pay/bonus is above industry standards.

Dislikes

Due to the culture, sometimes it gets difficult to understand the hierarchy and reach out to the right people.

Likes

Flexible timing, good payment, can get leaves easily. Great technical learnings.

Dislikes

Lot of work. Politics, Pressure & harassment by seniors who sit in the cabin (AGM, DGM, GM etc). They shout at you like you are a labour & plan politics in such a way that employee plans to leave the job as early as possible. (Proposal & Sales department is not a good team to work). Top management is good. Middle management think like they are the owners & make employee leave the job. Specially proposal & sales department. Top management should look into this.

SFC gives opportunity to lead from front. It's work culture is very good. Management of company cares about the employees and appreciate always.

Dislikes

For Site team, Need to increase connectivity and mail communication for new members.

High level of job security, Good work culture where you are free to put your point and pursue it up to higher management, Flat management structure - not much hierarchy, Flexibility of work and timing, Company accepts challenge which in turn helps you to find new avenues in the similar work.

Dislikes

Highly client oriented - some times views from employees are override for client's say, Sometimes work distribution seems to be uneven, Highly engineering oriented - hence many times project management takes a back seat

Likes

Great place to grow as an engineer and gain proficiency in process design. SFC has an excellent culture of nurturing talent and supporting all employees in all walks of life.

Dislikes

Only downside for some might be the excessive workload and long hours. But those seeking to learn have an excellent opportunity.
