I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...ent leadership, company is declining and no value of good technical personnel. And competitive salary wise is very poor... Salary is not going sometimes 3 months or upto 5 months to India from last year ... As Dollars and Naira currency exchange rate has very higher side.. Also USD getting to company is challenging for groups because of sales growth is declining... For expats and technical expertise....life is stressful and too much blame game... Thanks for contributing on this rating... Thanks again

Some skilled dedicated workers in the factory. ( should recognize &reward them.)

Dislikes

safety -No system for capturing /minimizing unsafe acts & unsafe condition. No Initiative from Top management. No proper health checks for the Plant/utility equipment's.(No Preventive/predictive Maintenance systems) No Job security excess un utilized staff. morale of workers very low.
