Top Management is good and approachable. Colleges are like friends. Salary and incentives are best in industry

It's hard to survive if you are not directly reporting to the top management. Lot of people are either chamchas to the top management or bullies. They survive just because they share office gossip with mirch masala to the top management. It's hard to get credit of your work since your manager will most likely show it his portfolio and portrait you as the dumbest in front of top management. The office bullies, only aim at making fun of anyone new in the office or to shout so loud so that you don't ask them to do their work as well. Lack of work life balance is basically in the industry only so you can't blame the company much. However they do have good compensatory leave policy.

The work culture, people around me are nice and helpful. Approachable attitude. Offsites.

Dislikes

No learning and development. Don't have a growth plan for an individual. Policies are different for the different teams and this thing should be changed.

Everything! Environment, people around, work culture, financial security, etc. Here people doens't have manners at all. Everybody is in their own attitude and ego. They behave like hooligans. People here are terrible.

None of the company policy is in favor of employees. Work wise its not at all competitive or inspirational. Office atmosphere does not give positive vibes.

The people in this org are more than friends, they make the stressful times easy. The management is very friendly and approachable. Immense learning and growth. Infrastructure could be better. A 15 year old org, has never delayed salaries ever, job security 10/10. Overall good place to work at !

Dislikes

This fastpase industry does demand more working hours from you. Infrastructure has issues in one of the offices. Late coming policies can be altered may be. Work pressure is very high !!!
