The Feedback from clients is sometimes slow which sometimes is demotivating. Not regularly but sometimes it is streeful here. There shoule be more clients from diffrent industries for diversification

Trust & Empower Employees - Assign tasks with clear expectations and trust employees to execute them without contact supervision. Instead of monitoring every step, focus on the result and final product quality.

The most important thing i felt is that here only efforts matter, and it's always been praised by our higher management and here every closure is celebrated with everybody...it feels like ki family m ek kushi ayi hai and we are sharing with each and every member. work life balance bhi hai.... haa kbhi kbhi thoda zyda mehent hota hai but end m it's worth.

As of now, nothing is that I dislike about my organization. Because here i have been helped by my company at every single point where i needed them.
