Honestly, working at Seven N Half has been such a liberating experience. The entire team is so open to new ideas or even feedbacks without judging anyone speaks a lot about the culture in itself. I also love the fact that I get to work on such different requirements on a regular basis which makes it a wonderful learning experience to look forward to. I don't have anything to dislike about, honestly. But maybe sometimes I wish that working alongside physically would add a different learning experience- you get to understand how your seniors or peers handle various situations which will be helpful for you. Secondly, sometimes the client pressure does affect your work-life balance but I guess that is still manageable because of our caring managers who try their best to make our lives easy....Read More

The Feedback from clients is sometimes slow which sometimes is demotivating. Not regularly but sometimes it is streeful here. There shoule be more clients from diffrent industries for diversification

The most important thing i felt is that here only efforts matter, and it's always been praised by our higher management and here every closure is celebrated with everybody...it feels like ki family m ek kushi ayi hai and we are sharing with each and every member. work life balance bhi hai.... haa kbhi kbhi thoda zyda mehent hota hai but end m it's worth.
