Following things missing or not found in the company. 1) Transparency 2) Ethics 3) Culture 4) Growth 5) Ideology 6) Bye laws 7) Rules 8) Vision 9) Process 10) Respect toward Commitment If company can't afford you then no notice period. HR will say you in evening this is your last day. No job security. No Increment and growth valuation. ( Even your team leader views is not taken into consideration only what Director think its right.) Director will play with your career. If there is any positive rating related to the company (on this platform or other like Glassdoor, Google) then this is malfunction decided by Company . They forced existing employee to give positive review so that they can recruit more. If you Denial then HR will force you to give positive response. It's not a Company its Provision store where one person decide and its final . Please guys take a second thought then go ahead.

One of the greatest thing that struck me science joining seven bits how involved and friendly every team member is with each other regardless of their designation. They have Incorporated something called as Retro Meeting which is held every two weeks. It is a great team bonding activity as well as a great mental check of every person working in the company It is also to be noted that the CEO, Sweety Gupta, herself is present during these meetings, which shows an incredible dedication and interest that she puts on each of her team member.

As a fairly new member in the company I have only had positive interaction in the company so far, but I appreciate a channel where I can bring my concern on the table if i so happen to have one.

Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. Works on the latest technology like Blockchain. The management team really seems to care about their employees. People are very supportive and growth-oriented.
