Peers : Everyone is always ready to help. There's positive attitude among folks, motivate each other. Tech : Setu is using the latest tech to build all its products, focus on automating everything. You get to learn new things, do POCs and implement them. You will feel you are growing with daily work. Culture : Positive and really employee friendly. Good food, lunch, lots of healthy snacks and juice in pantry, books available to read. Founders are ethical, they motivate the employees and are connected. They also hire carefully. Rewards and recognition : People are recognized and rewarded for the good work they do.

Dislikes

You can't be complacent and do the same work everyday, you have to grow by learning new stuff. So if staying in comfort zone is your thing then this may not be the place for you.

1. Learning: We all believe in winning and failing together at Setu. 2. Company culture: In my 8 years of professional career, I have never encountered such a cool culture in any of the companies. 3. Leadership: Leaders in the organization care more about their subordinates' professional and personal growth. 4. People: You will work with the brightest mind in the industry. People here at Setu are very humble and will always be there to help. 5. Remote culture: If you feel like coming to the office, you can. If not, WFH - No question asked. 6. Here are some perks that I would like to highlight: Cool vintage-style office, Unlimited book policy, sponsored music, and professional courses (Catch is, you will have to complete the course). There are a bunch of standard perks but out of all, we have the legendary 3Bs (Beer-Barbecue-Boardgames). 3Bs happens every quarter, where all Setuzens meet and chill together. In short, of you are looking for a cool company with a great learning curve and work-life balance, you should join Setu.

This is an amazing place to work! A set of extremely smart, kind and mission driven folks - all working towards an audacious set of goals. There are great benefits like unlimited therapy; a music class budget; learning budget etc The workplace is flexible to your needs and everyone is super empathetic.
