Their operational strategies are not good. They need to work on how to manage things and keeping their people happy. Need to have transparency in what they do. Salaries are delayed or paid in half which is a disgrace. If you don’t have money, DO NOT HIRE.

Nothing to like about settlin. Things will workout irrespective of your skill level. Don't expect any kind of support from the management and leads as well. Even if you work,the ones on top don't care or not bothered to push from their side which obviously builds up pressure on you. Overall very poor management. If you are looking for growth settlin should never be in your path👍🏻

No proper management and it's obvious that we are not growing and the company either

This is genuine review I was a team leader in settlin seriously One of the best company to work. The managers, colleagues are excellent very good supportive good team work this company is one of the fastest growing startup company loved it.
