Dislikes

There is not at all work ethics and work culture. No policys is existing here and employeees treated like very much animal, shouting at and insullting. No jobs security, working life balance is not here, they hiring and fire peoples as when they like and want. Not at all a place to work, i would never suggest this anyone

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
