I like to work in KEM hospital because my department has proper management of work and good environment which always supports me

I worry that though I am working in this hospital since last 3 years, growth in terms of salary is not there.

Heavily loaded ots, long working hours, no reliver or replacer post duty time, daily 10hr work , no work life balance ,

Best Institute to learn all possible diseases because it has huge patient load so you will see all rare diseases also very easily. As municipal hospital work culture is toxic because demands and supply mismatch.

Despite of one of the premium Institute of india, it lacks latest instruments, cleanliness and disproportionate doctor patient ratio

This institution is academically strong yet lot of interference in decision making and career building occurs. No personal and professional growth occurred during my post holding

Even though I was second topper in my MD exam ..my experience and skills were hardly used for teaching and training or any project handling

As this is a academic department we get more to learn an explore but the monetary benefits are limited.So those who want to learn and make their carrier strong can join the department for PhD and learning about Clinical trials
