Dislikes

Top management = zero Corruption in top management = High Top management are enjoying and fully currepted and they target bottom and middle lines for all failure. Politics, groupism, parsality, spoonism are on extreme level. They fired person on the name of performance, but they are fail as leaders. Owner are good but they give their company to currepted people. They all are robb the company and owner are sleeping. Out of 10/2

Company policy is very good of this company. Because this company yearly turnover more than 500 cr. And setco automotive commited to our customer and stake holder for good quality and better service of product.

There have top management using bad language during meeting and unnecessarily talking rough language during open point discussion . And junier does not give respect to senior .

Pathetic work culture , feel like it’s political hub and not a work place , dictator ship, favourism, one man army, job threatening, no security, no policy , no system, no clarity, financial crises , salary delays, non compliance, litigations, over all not recommending anyone to join.

Company is good, product is strong and definitely they have a long history. The struggle to capture the market and capturing the position maintaining & Quality is inspiring.

Dislikes

Top Management needs to work on their attitude behavior and communication. This is spoiling the culture and making a negative impact. Which is also hitting the attrition rate especially with HR.

The company has lot of challenges and wide scope of work...The product covers all type of operations so you can learn a lot.

Responsibility is not assigned properly, no scope of innovation, authority is nil.
