really didnt like anything much , but had a good team around, and most have them have left. Very good for starting career for 1-2 years , I am not sure its a great company for career growth. For me it was a good growth considering my performance but not great appraisals

Politics, no hold of German management , very poor travel policies , no respect for work done,

its really good platform to work and grow. company always helps you in your ups and downs if you work honestly and result oriented.

Dislikes

they do not have offices apart from their Pune head office. so its difficult to work from home.

All are nice people, but nice people can not bring the new business.

Dislikes

The company is Hire & Fire type. If you want to join you should be from food industry. Working time is 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. We you are on tour you need to travel for at last 2 to 3 weeks continuously, that also by cheapest way such as sharing auto or if location is 2 to 3 कम away from main road you have to walk😥, travel by bus or train to delhi, Pune ,Bangalore.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
