Colleague and Team leader are very supportive. I learn lots of thing here and I was glad for that but read my dislike also

Dislikes

1. Salary date already late by 10-15 every month. Or sometime they will hold your salary if they suspect you that your thinking to abscond 2. You won't get paid leave off mean if you take planned leave or holiday they deduct your salary. 3. If your fresher graduate and if you thinking about to go here so this is not place for graduate likes you because everyone here are 12pass or 12fail. 4. They pay you less for the work you are doing better to go somewhere else. Yes if you are 12th pass or 12th fail or you getting difficulties finding a job so this place for you guys. 5. There are more dislike but I can't write here

I liked the behaviour of the company's employees,and Whose Head of the Company's department was also good for me not excellent.

Company not provide proper benefits of an employee and salary comes was also late.but as a fresher you can work for experience as well.

In seshasai everybody work in a familiar atmosphere and every is work like a team

Dislikes

No rules for the workers welth and there is a lot of politics. Also the management doesn't notice workers issue or problem.

All worker doing work like family, it is getting help to production, all is possible to do work emergency here. Getting Work output in shortage time, we have to do work fast -close-move to next target.

Management lack proper vision. Hence plans keep changing overnight and very difficult to plan your work or complete any project. Absolutely no internal cooperation between teams. No financial benefits nor proper work culture in place.
