Salary and benefits are very less. Less growth opportunities. They keep transferring staff from one profile to another acc to their needs. They believe in hiring freshers at less pay than retaining experienced employee with some good salary.

People here collaborative. Everyone respect you, your pov and understands your challenges and expectations. They focus on personal and professional growth. Their is continuous guidance and support for your work. Amazing company to work for.

Only one thing, that too i find it a challenge maybe not others. People here are a bit slow in work. I am someone who has always worked in fast paced environment and like to do work rapidly.

The management has created its own mafia because most of the higher post people are here for more than 10 years in this company, their ego is more than the Everest, there is no growth. Stay here for more than 10 years for just a promotion. Variables are just on papers though you don’t get any. Extremely toxic organisation and management, stealing junior’s ideas is main trait of most of the management people in this company. If you are ethical and have a good heart then look for better options…

Campaign delivery team leader lacking core domain knowledge. It's strange when someone having decades of digital marketing experience but still unaware of paid campaign strategies. Disappointed with team leader selection approach.

I am really proud to be a part of this group. The usp of the company is the camaraderie that the staff share. Talking about the proposition, we are into a very niche work catering to the compliance requirement of all the Financial advice that has been given by our advisers in UK as part of our Mortage and Insurance advice business.
