There was salary issu of contracter,hear wage are very poor to settel of life and stable lifeso i dilike this policy and vendar as give poor salary,and other benifit as compar to company role worker and staf management

good technology available in goa

horrendous wokr hours, no relax even when off duty, calls during night when problem occurs at site. Boss tries to extract as much output from you. very tiring job especially in the maintenance field and only 1 weekly off that goes in sleeping.

No management no certainty of order regarding any work, lack of co-ordination and internal communication between personnel engaged in same as well as different departments, zero clarity regarding anything going on or already occurred in past which has to be handled in present
