New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. Work balance and sales pressure is not much in this organization rather you have to develop your skills and talent

There no respect for seniors and there is no good salary hike and when new reps joined the company they get good packages but old employees do not get good hikes and there is no growth

No growth opportunities, no promotions internally. Limited promotions that also hiring from outside. Puppet Managers to their boses not hearing field force queries. The promotions and increment only with top management.
