There is nothing like about company. The management is worst and they have salary pending for more than 11 months to staffs.all the month salary gap increase for staffs. Also they don't deposit salary for resigned staff and there are many staffs who gone back to India and not paid today

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

On that time In Qatar salary was less that's I left but it was my big mistake but continued till now I have to work peacefully now may b I think salary has been increased. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
