It's a startup base pharmaceutical company, and they have great vision on paper. It's beneficial who wants to work from scratch cause they don't have any standards implemented.

Dislikes

Company management and sales team are not that professionally sounded. And the most important they disagree with Indian business standards/ working ethics. They are having negative perceptions about the Indian market and that's the only reason company has no future.
