Salary hike, food quality, top management, Transport compensation is unfair, HR team never understand employee concern and no course of action taken against concern

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt largest technology I love the fact that I am a part of team that makes reliable high quality product and has a global client base.as a result I get travel abroad especially to the us and Canada but on site travel is completely dependent on you project and client,s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some office in gurgaon I got a B1 visa quickly Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration I also like the employee re hire plicey here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Something. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day and I have to attend client calls in the evening and something late unto the hight manager do not value an individual unique strengths. Wich is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive application emails form my client

Corporate culture only in management and HR departments, no corporate facilities to employees

Dislikes

Mobile not allowed, only night shifts, nothing more than 10%/yr hike, salary 15K... no carrier growth , no learnings,

...in this company ...they need to provide cab facilitiy and night shift allowance. They provide food at night time and it's an average company but they pay salary on time

Dislikes

Poor growth, not paying night shift allowance and cab facility and there is no work from home option
