The company is very good there is no problem in the company I really wanted to work in the company but for some reason I was given a break.

Senvion is overall very good company, specilly for employee. Senvion has given on tome salary in Covid situation and never done any employee cutting duing down time too.

Dislikes

No opportunity for growth, due non competative environment, lack of external training. If you are from other place you are treated seperately ( Trichy plant). Management is not serious about what it's producing, no advance infrastructure given in manufacturing process of wind turbine blades.
