Lack of proper management. Showing off their good culture by creating events and showing pics on social media.

Yes I like our organisation, company doesn't deduct salary single rupees and comes time to time in lockdown. Company provide us safety kit ,sanitizer,face shield, N95 mask I am very happy in sentiss.

It's a great platform to perform in healthy culture and knowledge sharing environment. Career growth/salary/travel process is nicely planned. Overall it's a innovative organisation with a high growth in indian market as its lauched only 5yrs back in india and globaly Sentiss is one of the market giant in Ophthalmology segment.

Worst company to work for. I could have build my career outside sentiss, lalatype work culture, too much politics. Management is corrupt, malpractices in Russia and CIS countries. The leaders have no knowledge but like to boss you like they are genius. They will make you feel like a loser if they know something that you don't. They will bully you if you don't become a robot or puppet.

Biggest mistake done in my entire service tenure to join Sentiss. Simply, they ask me to submit your resignation without any proper reason, otherwise terminate me like they did with so many senior employees in past.
