I thoroughly enjoyed working with my coworkers. It was a friendly atmosphere and I was motivated to go to work every day. I handled client invoices within our booking software, although it wasn't always reliable. After some time, I was able to plan in advance for particular issues, making notes in another application so that I could later copy and paste them in. This allowed me to keep moving forward with my work and proved to management that nothing could stop me from completing objectives on time

I getting salary was very low and I have two children they paid salary doesn't full fill my basic financial needs I need get good salary and I getting good experience and more skill ..

No proper mgt.policies There give preference to other state people and not all expect the Dear ones Some top manager,s like Agm Dgm are villages there does no work in proper way and there is no management it is mange by only Foolish AGM HR , He does know the the concept of HR & IR A very very idiot, He is bother about his village person P. Srinivas Reddy as he does know even know to response the mail and he could not able to do any work on computer and he is DGM and which ever work given by the Higher Dept he simply wants to blame on co-workers he and his friend/ villager do the moneylender work in the company in working Hours irrespective of work, and late in the evening there want to share Liquors bottles .

It is nothing but the Team is 'Bull 'and ' mule, waste company, nothing is there useless people will work

The Chairman Mr. Sheshagiri Rao is a visionary with Excellent Leadership qualities, and Managing Director Mrs. Jaya is very shrewd Business woman, the Duo is taking the company in great heights. The company gives opportunity to grow the abilities you have.

Dislikes

Like all other family owned concerns , your existence in the company is only till you enjoy the favor of the Chairman and MD, and they get easily influenced by the chamchas who are around them.
