Their salary package is fair but nothing compared to the load you have to take on your head to satisfy them... 10 thousands per month for internship for 6 months period , after that if you get hired as permanent employee your salary will be between 15-20k best upon your performance in the internship period ... That is what they told me , I don't know what salary package and benefits they actually provide when you get a permanent position.

1. Training is their biggest failure .... In the name of training your team leader will assign you a new task everyday and when you get stuck somewhere and you need little bit guidance the leader will tell you to take help from Google , because he doesn't have time to teach you. This is their so called 'TRAINING' process which they are following from last five years and if you contradict it , they will say you are not worth it. 2. Team leader will never get satisfied with your work no matter how much effort you put and how good was your output , team leaders are expert only in finding out what you have missed to implement rather than appreciating what you have implemented in your code. Suppose you have done 80% of the task you were assigned, then the leader will tell you it's ok , but I expected a lot , you need to improve. 3. The official training period is minimum 3 months out of 6 months probation period , but the team leader will put you pressure everyday to become project ready as soon as possible and when you just ask for a little help with new things he will say Google it , this is the process of learning . 4. They are still doing Work from home so that they can make you work like a donkey ( 10-12 hours ) even in internship period . My team leader even said I will be assigned tasks in weekends which I need to deliver in next Monday . That means don't care about your work-life balance , your health , your well beings ... They just care about their profit by making you profitable as fast as possible. 5. Totally unprofessional behaviour by them . Because when I got demotivated by seeing their pathetic work culture and I resigned and I rated them one star on google and Glassdoor , one of the HR called me and started threatening by saying company will not seat quiet because you shared your experience with us and rated us one star on public platforms . Wow ...just wow ...how unprofessional and childish an organisation can be ....just think about it and be aware

To be honest, Most likely the Work Culture and The Friendly leads you have, You can learn and work on anything you want. SentientGeeks welcomes every culture out there with respect. Here no one will be bossing around you, even the leads will come to you seeking help if somewhere they need to. And the main thing of all : "Your opinion really matters". What you'll feel here is not describable in words, just like you can't share the experience of riding a 800cc motorcycle to a 150cc rider. You need to experience it on you own. In one sentence - "SentientGeeks will be your ultimate destination of a balanced corporate life". Thank you.

Ahhh, Coming to the straight forward answer, most probably you'll get this everywhere as long as you are working in a Start Up based company, which is "Project Switching". Here in "SentientGeeks" if there is an urgent delivery of a project, and it has some pending task remains ( only just because the junior dev could not finished it yet due to his lack of experience ) you may have to take the hot seat, and you'll be assigned to it for that day, and if you don't aware of their business logic you can have some understanding issue, and that time you may feel some pressure upon you. And you can take it as a "Negative" or a "Positive" according to you. Some may find it challenging and interesting whether some may find it unusual, headache work and blah blah blah...

Lot of different kinds of projects and you get to work on different and upcoming technologies like ai, even with 0 experience. Helpful team leads, assign challenging work but support and help you learn as well. Attending office or working from home is mostly on individual preferences. Working hours somewhat flexible but has to be coordinated with the team.

Nothing as such except that the work mode must be hybrid so that the people can grow or thrive more professionally.
