.... Teammates are supportive and the management is good at managing the employees. They give good salary hike every year.

There is no cafeteria for the employees and there is no tea break for refreshment

They just want their freshers to work as a slave to the company and they don't even have any KT sessions with the joined fresher ,doesn't do any intro session too , one of the worst company I did an internship with.

CEO, TL, COLLEAGUES, OFFICE, THE WORST HR, and the COMPLETE MANAGEMENT. They change company rules according to their benefits whenever they want. Learning opportunities are null.

Only one thing i.e. they provided me with the opportunity to learn my stuff fully from core basics

From what I have seen, Sentient has lot of potential. Its CEO has very good business connections. He used to get lot of projects but due to management issues, either he was underestimating timelines or sometimes lacking the confidence on his team regarding deliverables. Multiple scenarios happened when people used to agree on things they don't understand properly resulting late delivery and bad name.
