The senior employees working in the company from the beginning are given less salary. While the salary of the new employee is kept higher than the old employee and senior employee, due to which the new employee is not able to make attachment with the old employee and many times he ignores his senior.

We are working here but there have no cultural activities found ,and no any festivals functions not organise by the company for motivation of the employees.

There are two types of people in the company. Some people want to go fast, and some people are not able to walk fast, then they are pulling the legs of others that why are you going fast.
