There is hardly any definition of understanding the employees. There's no compensation, no gifts or anything extra is sent to us.

People who work there like me are usually helpful and polite.

Founders are the worst. Answering a question - Sridhar Marri and Krishna Kadiri said in a meeting that we don't believe in lay offs, the very next day they laid off 25 people including me who has a good project. Conclusion is - don't believe what they say, they(founders/co-founders) are bunch of arrogant liars.

Good enthusiastic workplace, working on defining this space. Even though the work is hectic, there is a sense of ownership, and bagging deals with clients is like a personal triumph.

It's a startup, and the work is hectic. That might be an issue for some, but if you're up for the challenge, it is a great place to be.
