...filters, extremely poor again when it comes to hygiene in pantry and washroom. - Salary is way less than market standard, expect nothing better. - No scope of growth, false picture was painted. - No peace of mind. - Go for a 1 minute break or even a washroom break and it becomes an issue of unprofessionalism and inefficiency.

Give the payment on time. My team is really good, but Management Team is worst. Careless.

No job training. No educational assistance. My working time was 9 AM to 5 PM, but they ask me to start my work at 7 AM and sometimes they want me to do work upto 8 PM. Depending on other team, as a fresher my experience was bad. Then you can imagine, how long my colleague worked:) sometimes upto 11 PM. There is no personnel life. System was not updated. I got my complaints from our vendors also. There is no opportunity to grow.

As first important thing team work is a good opportunity for me and good people like a each and every moment enjoy full fill and also helping to me in working time

Starting from top management there is scope of learning at each level. Supportive enthu colleagues. Mid year parties to cheer up and meet new people. I have been given a lot of vertical to handle by putting a lot of faith in me. I just love working here

The best thing about seniority is that once in a month they go out for a team dinner in expensive places that you may think twice to visit and it is all for free. It is 6 days working and sunday compulsory for new comers. Sunday you have an option to work from home. You will be given a laptop and you need to use your internet or ask for a dongle from seniority in advance.

The customer care team is very small consisting only of 3 to 4 employees and they all are female employees. If you are lucky enough to clear the interviews you will get selected. Pune is their hq. No hr in the office so anyone will bully you.Hr sits in pune and will respond to you but not sure how much action is taken. If you love a sunday holiday better not take this job. The customers will still call you on sundays too.You get a high call volume on other days too as the rest employees don't bother to take back to back calls. Their entries are done on online excel sheet i.e google docs. With everyone logged in at the same time,your sheet will hang during the calls or a lot of other times. Female customer care colleagues point out your silly mistakes and harass you. Not a single day will go easy until there is a dispute with them or the process head. You will be embarrassed in front of everyone on whats app group as every department is on whatsapp Your mistakes are pointed out on app
