Not so good senior developers and senior leadership team who consider themselves as Architects. They are just good like usual mid level engineers. Hence, buecracy culture can be improved if they willing to... else still the company will do good but new lateral employees will have to struggle.

No long term projects No vision for long growth of the company, even after 15 years company still have 150-200 employees, Regular layoffs in projects, Higher management just focus on metrics didn't really know what's happening inside the project, Says it's employee centric but won't really focus on what employees wants Kaizen way of development is good, but management consider more its like a competition rather concentrating about the improvement of project.

CEO is really good person, very humble and professional

Company is good but iOS team managed by RJ is not well managed and not professional due to politics by RJ. No proper KTs provided to new comers and manager RJ do humiliate his employees in front of others which is not at all acceptable in professional environment. RJ has knowledge only on Android development but poor skills in iOS development. He focus more on code review than code development. RJ has adopted worst culture in the team, I would request CEO and HR team to look why iOS team managed by RJ has too much moment in employees leaving the company. Please notice past employees who left the company in short time. They left not because company is bad but as RJ is very unprofessional and not supportive as manager. This is my genuine review, the humiliation i have faced made me write this review.

This feedback is about the interview process of Seneca Global. I have marked all the above asked parameter as 1 start as i dont have any way to skip and i believe while they dont have a good interview process then they could not have any good working environment.

I really get demotivated by the interview process as they initiated a discussion for UI Architect role. I cleared all the rounds of the interview. But they rejected my candidature by saying that I have no cloud exposure and backend I worked in my initial years of career. I am really shocked as when they have opening for UI Architect and they have screened my resume, no where in resume I mentioned any cloud skills. If they need cloud skills for UI Architect position then they should not even call me but after completing the interview process and wasting my 4-5 hours in calls and process. This is really wrong process you are following. My feedback intention to tell you that how demotivated a candidate feels when you reject him without a valid reason.
