job security: Even if you want to leave the job, the company won't leave you, that much job safety.

Dislikes

No salaries for the last 4 months. Even management doesn't know when they can give the salary. If you approach HR & management for any needs, they will harass you first. Upon annual leave, you have to apply three months before, and nowadays, they won't give you any settlements or tickets. If you deny going without settlements, some times they backcharge you & once you come back they will not pay you for 2 months.

...will apply vacation they will not provide Tickets on time as well as sattalment. If you Will apply final exit no body knows who are you before final sitting without pay 1 month or two month not provide tickets and sattalment pay skil very low and no proper overtime.

The site admin team is not good enough, they don't address the problems properly, Better to address the HR team directly to resolve any issue

No salary 4-5 months. No statement from management side regarding salary. Three months before need to submit request for annual vacation through ERP. Noone respond/ approve timely. Company have no money to give ticket and settlement. Company hold employees passport. Not renewing iqama. Iqama renewal time put final exit. Worst company.

Food not good for employees Salary not paying on time and some time 3, 4 months no working without salary No focus on experience person , Zero experience and Highly experienced work on same salary.
