Salary is very low as per grade. We got the promotion on time but salary increment not. One of the dislike poin is resignation Mostly staff are giving resignation due to 2 reasons 1st is salary and 2nd is Harasment, our seniors behavior is bad they harass us instead of support, they demotivate us every time that's why we choose another options and when anyone resigned they never ask them the reason of resignation and never try to resolve their issue.

Promotion and appraisal ,after getting good score in appraisal why 4% hike in salary, here no place for employees where they can share their problems,,, only manager is given priority no sale person value...here some people getting company's juce and other paying their labour

Incentive stature could be better… it will be best if we get extra pay for Akshay tritiya and Poila baisakh duty… incentive, hold for many time, a very big dislike for that reason.. manager should behave neutral in every situation at Store… A worthy employee deserve their place…. Company should be follow the TBGP plan…
